After collecting dust for 2 years in a state of minor distruction and disrepair, I started refurbishing my Zagi 400-X a couple of weeks ago.

First, I just "made" (i.e. sanded, painted and attached) some new elevons, attached new winglets, put a new RX in the mostly-crushed canopy with a small AAA battery pack and tried to fly her as a glider. That would've worked fine if I had the right wind, but I didn't and she just got cracked-up a little more. :-(

So last Saturday I repaired, re-painted and re-attached the elevons, replaced the crushed canopy base with a new one (I didn't have a replacment canopy cover), put a new motor/speed controller in there, charged the batteries and prepared her for a powered-flight.
